Brad Samples
PT, DPT, ATC

Brad earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Master of Science in Athletic Training from Seton Hall University and has more than 12 years' experience in a variety of rehabilitation settings and has interned with the athletic training staff for the New York Football Giants. He has presented his research at numerous national physical therapy conferences and has been published in multiple physical therapy journals.

His manual therapy skills have been developed under the training of a renowned Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT), and has a special focus on treating disorders of the TMJ. Brad is considered one of the premier manual therapists in the greater Wayne area, trusted by physicians and colleagues alike.

Brad says, "The most challenging cases are the most rewarding because the patient can finally return to a normal lifestyle after a course of physical therapy."

On the rare occasion Brad is not working, he enjoys skiing, karate and spending time with his ever-growing family. Brad is fluent in Spanish.

Brady Blaszka
PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Brady earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Master of Science in Athletic Training from Seton Hall University and has more than 12 years' experience in orthopedic manual and sports physical therapy. He interned with Major League Baseball’s Colorado Rockies, and completed his Rehab Mentorship at the world-renowned Exos in Phoenix, Arizona. Brady is also a Level One Functional Dry Needling Certified Practitioner and a Certified Active Release Technique Provider (ART). Additionally, he is a Titelist Performance Institute Level I Certified practitioner. For both rehabilitation and performance enhancement, he has worked with many high school, collegiate, and professional athletes.

Brady says, "Physical therapy and athletic training are extremely rewarding careers. I enjoy challenging patients and athletes to achieve their highest levels of function and performance in the shortest amount of time. I approach my patients and athletes with good humor, and partner with them to help them achieve their goals."

When he is not working, Brady enjoys playing golf and ice hockey, training for and competing in triathlons, and spending time with his wife and two young sons.

Michael Marolla
PT, DPT, MSAT

Mike earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Master of Science in Athletic Training from Seton Hall University. Mike has worked with NY/NJ MetroStars (now the Red Bulls), USA Women’s Olympic Wrestling Team, the Tab Ramos Soccer Program, and has been inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame’s “Golden Dozen”. Mike has taught in Seton Hall University’s Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training programs as an adjunct faculty member.

Mikes’ expertise spans all aspects of physical therapy with a strong focus on manual care. Mike says, “I enjoy physical therapy because it allows me to help people in the local community get rid of their pain and return to doing the things they love”.

On his days off, Mike spends the majority of his time with his family and young sons. He enjoys going to the gym and is an avid hiker.

Joel Menendez
PT, DPT

Joel received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Seton Hall University in December of 2018. Joel has performed his clinical internship work in various Physical Therapy Settings including Outpatient Orthopedics and Inpatient Acute Care. Post graduation, Joel presented a collaborative research study named "Does Smartphone Use Change Gait Parameters in Healthy Young Adults" at Combined Sections Meeting, the Nation's Largest Physical Therapy Conference, in Washington D.C.

Outside of his Physical Therapy work, Joel is committed to giving back to his community by assisting in the organization of local food drives, Turkey donations to underprivileged families for Thanksgiving, and Toy Giveaways for children at Christmas with the Franciscan Community Development Center. Joel is also a proud advocate for the Rebeka Verea Foundation whom are dedicated in spreading awareness of the dangers of reckless driving to our New Jersey teenagers. For fun, Joel enjoys participating in recreational Softball Leagues and sings Opera at various events.

Joel is fluent in Spanish.

Cortney Riley
PT, DPT

Dr. Cortney Riley has lived in New Jersey her whole life. She attended Drew University in Madison, NJ where she played field hockey and graduated with a degree in Biology and Spanish. Cortney speaks Spanish as her second language. After completing her undergraduate degree, Cortney then attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She worked for two years as an adjunct professor for Seton Hall at their Interprofessional Health Sciences campus in Nutley, NJ teaching an open lab class one night a week to first year students. Cortney is the owner and sole proprietor of CC Physical Therapy and Wellness that she founded in 2009 which provides home-based physical therapy, personal training, and consultations in wellness.

Dr. Riley developed her love of helping others at an early age learning from her mother who is an RN and oncology nurse. They have co-authored articles together on the benefits of exercise during the entire spectrum of cancer care. Cortney is also the mother of twins, a Boy Scout leader, and an active exerciser, particularly hiking, horseback riding, white water rafting, and working as a field hockey referee in the fall. In physical therapy, she has found a way to utilize all her life experiences, love of exercise, love of people, and sense of adventure to give people the tools they need to return to full activity, and be the best versions of themselves at any age.

Jessica Joy
PT, DPT

Jessica received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University in May of 2024. Jessica had completed her clinical internships as part of her schooling in both outpatient orthopedics as well as inpatient neurological rehabilitation, primarily working with those who have suffered from Parkinson’s, stroke, Alzheimer’s, and brain injuries.

Prior to starting her Doctor of Physical Therapy schooling, Jessica attended Hofstra University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. In addition, Jessica participated in Division I athletics, as a member of Hofstra’s softball team throughout her four years. During this time, Jessica was also given the opportunity to work alongside on-site physical therapists, aiding fellow athletes across multiple sports in their rehabilitation from various injuries. On her days off, Jessica enjoys staying active through hiking, rock climbing, and going to the gym. She also enjoys giving back to the softball community, providing private instruction for young athletes.
